Dewy and Smooth!

I can’t think of a time I’ve ever gravitated towards a dewy foundation, I’m very much a matte girl. So I started off applying this with a damp beauty blender and looked extremelyyyyy dewy, too dewy for my liking. So I went back in with my coverfx brush and blended it all out, which gave it a less dewy finish. It looks skin like but gives a nice shine where I’d typically put a highlight. Depending on what type of finish you like a brush and damp beauty blender will give you a different finish. This foundation is definitely very light weight and I feel that coverage is also very light. I didn’t use any concealer, so as you can tell the bags under my eyes from having minimal sleep is showing through. But my skin does look very smooth aside from that. Overall I don’t know if I’d personally purchase this (since I received it free from  @influenster ) since I love matte foundations but it was really nice to try. City kits

I received a Maybelline City Kit box free from influenster and its amazing. I thought I would only be getting eyeshadow but to my surprise there was a couple more items. Check out my  My City kit free from influenster ..... The eyeshadows apply wonderfully and the white liner is perfect to give your eyes that big bold effect. LOVE!

MJ perfume smells as fancy as it looks! It has fruity and floral accords that make it a beautiful scent for just about every age but my absolute favorite part of this perfume is the packaging. My new favorite foundation

#BAREPRO  from  @Influenster  by  @bareMinerals   #complimentary   #contest  ... I think I picked a great color! I wouldn't agree that it's totally full coverage, I'd say medium but build-able. Overall I'm loving it. It's the perfect no-makeup makeup and can't wait to see how it last after the gym today!  #barepo

I received Dove Shampoo Anti Dandruff from Influenster for free. After the first use I noticed it was treating my colored hair very well. It smelt nice but not for me. I gave it to my boyfriend and he loved it.

Is Farsali worth the hype?

So the Internet went crazy over Farsali ( $54 ) when it first dropped but I never wanted to spend that much money on a serum. After I recieved a Sephora gift card ($20) I figured I would put the rest of the money towards the purchase in hopes that it really improved my skin. When I first received my Sephora package I was in love with the way Farsali gold looked. It's absolutely mesmerizing! However, it does have somewhat of an Orange smell incase you're not into that. Anyways I've found that Farsali truly helps blend my makeup, however NYX dew me up works just as well at a way lower price tag ( $17 ). So I was hoping over time that I would see some extraordinary results on my skin, sadly the results haven't be extraordinary. I do feel that my skin has improved and that it has minorly help with acne scars, but with such a large price tag I don't think I will purchase it again. "We're Going Velvet!"

So as many of you may already know, I purchase a lot of products from Kylie Cosmetics , so I genuinely like her products. I've always loved her matte lipsticks for the fact they last super long, so when she dropped the velvet idea I was uncertain if I would like these. Charm and Harmony were two colors I instantly fell in love with so that is what I decided to buy. After receiving them in the mail I was pretty happy with my purchase. The velvets are very smooth on the lips and look amazing. However, since they are not matte they come off much easier, which might be why the prices is a few dollars lower than the mattes. Despite not being matte, I still think they last decently long in comparison to other non-matte lipsticks I've worn. Out of the two I purchased, Charm is my favorite as the color is very similar to Candy K with the exception that Charm gives you that moisturizing feeling.
